I am Pavan Davé, a voice guy who specializes in Contact Center deployments.

When I'm not working, you can find me spending time with my family or my pup. I like to get out and travel, cycle, play/watch soccer and all things beer and when I'm not doing that I'll be tinkering with tech like IoT or my home lab.

I will try to use this as a place to post my thoughts from what I'm currently up to, new technology, to commentary on the many teams and leagues I follow.
